Please accept this letter as I am resigning my job effective today. I apologize for not being able to give further notice. However, I regret that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I need to resign right away.

2. My name is Nur Ain Haris binti Abdul Haris, clerk ID 27 and I wish to resign as today.

3. My resignation is due to your threatened to make a police report regarding the broken paddle.

4. Allow me to clarify about my resignation. This morning, I broke the paddle at about 12noon. This is the second paddle I broke. The first paddle was broken about 2weeks ago. There was no penalty charge to me as agreed. therefore, I continue to work at your premise. However, there was no new precautionary step taken and introduce by you to avoid the same incident.

5. Today, the same incident happened. It was not my fault as the paddles slides away from my grip. This is the second repeated accident and again, it is not my fault.

6. As you threatened to penalize me by charging me RM255 each paddle, I decided to quit from working at your premise as I am very certain the similar accident will happen in the future as no new preventive measures is introduce.
